Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to customers of SIGMA (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). 

Processing time refers to the period between when your order is placed and when it leaves our fulfillment location.

Please note: during high-volume periods, order processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email if we anticipate any extended delay.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
At checkout, customers may select one of the following available shipping options:

*Delivery estimates are provided directly by USPS and may vary based on location, weather, or operational conditions. Delivery dates, shipping times, and carrier performance are not guaranteed. All transit times are estimates based on USPS service standards and may change due to factors beyond our control, including delays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates and Promotions

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the service selected. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions that are automatically applied at checkout. Some promotional discounts may require a code to be entered manually; when this applies, the details and instructions are clearly stated in the offer terms. All shipping fees are final and non-refundable.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States and its territories only, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and all other destinations served by USPS. International shipping is not available to locations outside USPS service areas.

Tracking Information

Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipments include USPS tracking, which is sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has shipped. Ground Advantage shipments may not include tracking. Tracking availability, updates, and accuracy are managed by USPS and may vary depending on the selected service and destination.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been accepted by USPS, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, customers should file a claim directly with USPS or contact us for assistance in initiating a trace. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact their local law enforcement to file a theft report. Replacements or refunds cannot be issued for orders confirmed as delivered to the correct address.

Delivery Issues and Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, adverse weather, postal service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment at your expense.
