Shop with confidence, we’re here to help. Sigma strives to make every purchase smooth and stress-free. We understand that there may be times when a purchase may not meet your expectations or your needs might change. When that happens, we make resolving your order simple and convenient.
Orders may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery as long as the product remains in its original, unused condition. To request a refund, sign in to your account and select the order you wish to return. Do not send any items back unless instructed to do so.
A refund will be provided once Sigma has reviewed your request and determined that you are eligible. It can take up to 30 days for us to process your refund depending on your financial institution. In certain circumstances, refund timeframes may be longer. If we need additional information about your order, you will receive follow-up instructions through the same contact email included with your order confirmation.

Return Window
Most items sold on ChewSigma.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return on an item that's eligible for return, simply go to Your Orders and click on "Return Items" button next to the item.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Due to the edible nature of gum and food safety regulations, most returns may not be accepted once the product has left our facility. This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of all Sigma products. If you experience an issue with your order, sign in to your account and select the order in question to submit a request for review.
